Opportunity
We are looking for a CX Digital Product Specialist to join our International QI Digital Optimization team based in Brugherio (MB) to help shape the future Digital Experience.
In this role you will be the main contact for different teams working on our digital experience to collect the needs and translate them into technical requirements for development.
You must have a clear customer‑centric approach to offer the best experience to digital users on the website and app at country level.
Your Impact
- Highlight country website and app improvements related to Search & Navigation, product discoverability, product recommendations, ratings & reviews, and a seamless purchase funnel to improve customer experience and increase conversion rate.
- Manage a website optimisation roadmap at a country level aligned with the International roadmap, including idea management, testing, technical requirements and reporting needs.
- Audit and analyse funnel metrics to address areas for growth in conversion rates.
- Support business initiatives and ensure good coordination and collaboration between the teams in various company departments.
- Partner with the A/B testing team to implement the testing program following the optimisation priorities.
- Track and resolve website "bug" issues through close partnership with IT departments.
- Coordinate on‑site optimisation projects across e‑commerce teams, tech product managers and external vendors.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in CRO, digital and e‑commerce fields.
- Experience with optimisation platforms such as Adobe Target, BazaarVoice, Jira and Confluence.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced international environment.
- Must exhibit customer focus, aptitude for problem solving, good time‑management skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong interest in innovation and a pioneering spirit.
- Balance of analytical and technical experience while working in constant collaboration with many parts of the organization – including Digital Store, Performance Marketing, Content.
