Component Delivery Manager

As a Component Delivery Manager (CDM), you will support the Senior Component Delivery Manager (Sr CDM) in project lifecycle activities such as estimation and execution, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety goals are met according to the Company Project & Quality Procedures. You will assist in managing the project team to meet monthly goals set by the Senior Project Manager and your department.

You will report to the Head of Component Delivery Management and be based in Monfalcone (Italy). This role requires 100% onsite presence with limited flexibility for remote work.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage the project team, focusing on Safety, Quality, Costs, and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
2. Support the Sr CDM in leading the project team to successfully complete projects and execute strategies for profitable delivery.
3. Control and manage project costs, risks, and opportunities, including estimation support before order acquisition and ensuring project completion within budget.
4. Monitor and expedite project progress monthly and daily to meet set goals.
5. Assess scope changes in accordance with company procedures, ensuring impacts on cost and schedule are recognized.
6. Develop and control the project schedule, gathering inputs from all departments and managing planning, float, and resources with support from the Planner.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree
• 3 to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Fluent in English
