What is it?

• 10‑month program starting August 2026
• 2–3‑month rotations within Sales, Commercial, Supply & Logistics, Finance, etc.
• 70% Learning on the Job, 20% Exposure to Other functions, 10% Formal Learning & Training

Who are we looking for?

You are a recent graduate eager to grow, comfortable with speculative career paths, and willing to relocate across Europe.

Eligibility

• Graduated before September 2026 and no more than two years prior, with a Bachelor’s, Master’s or equivalent
• No more than 2 years of professional experience (internships excluded)
• Fluent English plus the local language of the country of application
• Valid permanent visa/work permit in the country of application
• Willingness to travel within the country and across Europe
