Job Description:

Grafton Office, a specialized team within Gi Group Spa, is seeking a Junior Commercial Sales Back Office for an important client. The role involves:

• Back office sales activities: contacting and researching clients to set appointments
• Secretarial tasks: client reception, document translation, preparing delivery notes, purchasing consumables, managing staff travel

Candidate requirements:

• Diploma or degree
• No prior experience required
• Soft skills: organization, problem solving, prioritization, motivation to learn
• Hard skills: PC skills, Office package, English knowledge preferred

Work hours: 8:30-12:30 & 14:00-18:00

Contract: Fixed-term or permanent contract, salary based on experience

Location: Ovada (AL)
