The company is a well-known labor consultancy firm, expanding rapidly, with three offices and over 100 employees. It collaborates with a diverse client portfolio, offering significant professional growth opportunities in a prestigious and highly training-focused environment.

The Role:

To expand our internal team, we are seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Payroll and Contributions Specialist. This role involves managing an assigned client portfolio independently, supporting clients with their administrative personnel management. The payroll specialist team comprises about twenty members across various offices, processing approximately 5,000 payslips per month.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Manage and process payslips and related fiscal obligations (F24, Uniemens, Funds, etc.)
2. Handle monthly, periodic, and annual deadlines (Inail self-assessments, CU, 770, etc.)
3. Prepare employment contracts and related benefits for new hires
4. Maintain direct communication with small and medium-sized enterprise clients

Ideal Candidate:

1. Has 4-5 years of experience as a Payroll and Contributions Specialist, gained exclusively in professional labor consultancy firms or accounting firms with payroll departments
2. Holds a diploma or degree in administration/economics or equivalent qualification
3. Possesses operational autonomy in managing monthly payrolls and compliance obligations
4. Is familiar with structured payroll management software, preferably Zucchetti Paghe Infinity, or TeamSystem, Inaz, Centro paghe, etc.
5. Has good organizational skills and operational independence for managing the entire client portfolio
6. Uses Office Suite daily, especially Excel, for reporting purposes
