Iper La grande i, an Italian company operating in the GDO sector with over 20 hypermarkets across the country, is seeking an Addett* Bazar 3 - No Food for its store in Savignano sul Rubicone (FC).

Position:

Addett* Bazar 3 - Part time 24h

Responsibilities:

• Restocking and replenishing shelves with products in various departments such as canned goods, hardware, household items, stationery, toys, auto accessories, cleaning, sports and camping, and publishing.
• Checking expiration dates and rotating products.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness of the department and shelves.
• Assisting customers in finding and choosing products suitable for their needs.
• Managing the stock of the department.
• Using electric/manual pallet jacks and handheld devices.
• Reporting any anomalies or issues to the manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a sales assistant or similar role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
