We are seeking a Java Technical Lead to strengthen our Financial Services and Web Application Units, part of the “Cloud & Custom Application” practice.

Long Description

In this role, you will:

1. Manage and guide development teams
2. Lead and oversee development activities, including task assignment and progress monitoring
3. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improvements
5. Ensure code quality and performance adhering to standards and technical design
6. Lead problem-solving discussions within the team
7. Review and supervise team members' work
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements
9. Help remove impediments to project progress

Your Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within structured companies.

• Proven experience as a Java Technical Lead or similar position
• Strong expertise in Java and related technologies such as J2EE, JDBC, Spring, Hibernate
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies like JPA2 and Hibernate
• Experience with test-driven development and frameworks like JUnit
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy Java-based software solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to document requirements and technical specifications
• Leadership skills to mentor and guide development teams
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination
• Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
• Strong analytical skills for translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Professional proficiency in English
