Activities Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Organize and lead engaging cultural activities for students
- Lead and motivate a team to ensure an excellent experience for all
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure safety
- Supervise excursions and events, providing high-quality service
- Share on-call emergency duties with the team
Who You Are:
- A natural leader who energizes others
- Organized and detail-oriented, even under pressure
- Passionate about creating memorable experiences
- Fluent in English (B2 level preferred) and eligible to work in Spain

Schedule: Full-time, including shifts in the evenings and on weekends.
