Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions such as reporting, analytics products, and KPI analysis.
  • Process and prepare data, develop dashboards, and create algorithms and statistical models.
  • Understand business contexts and support the transformation to data-driven organizations.
  • Utilize modern BI and analytics tools to support decision-making.
  • Ideate, prototype, and industrialize data and AI products in agile environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Practical experience in data solutions, reporting, or analytics products.
  • Interest and experience in data processing, dashboard development, and algorithm programming.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and control models.
  • Excellent academic record (Bachelor/Master) in business, technical, or IT fields.
  • Enjoy combining technology, strategic analysis, and implementation.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to colleagues and clients.
  • Reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading consultancy.
  • Strong presentation and moderation skills, proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluent in German and English.
