Physical Security Enablement Senior Analyst

Wir suchen einen Fachkraft für Sicherheitstechnik / Physical Security Enablement Senior Analyst (m/w/d) für die Verwaltung unsere Sicherheitstechnik im Schwerpunkt für Kamerasysteme und Zutrittskontrolle. Das Aufgabengebiet erstreckt sich von der Systempflege von MS-Windows und Linux Derivaten (Updates und Patches), Benutzer-Verwaltung, Einrichten von Peripherie sowie die Erweiterung und Entwicklung des Gesamtsystems.

Es ist von Vorteil, wenn Sie im Bereich Client PC und Ghost Server, Desktop Telefonie, Sprachaufzeichnung, Kunden Zubehör (u.a. Server, Switche) Netzwerk Konfigurationen Erfahrung haben.

Sie schulen und unterstützen die Fachabteilungen bei neuen Softwareapplikationen, bearbeiten, koordinieren und dokumentieren anfallende Supportanfragen und wirken bei der strategischen Ausrichtung der Applikationen mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erfahren im Einrichten, Konfigurieren und Pflegen von Windows und Unix Komponenten.
• Der Umgang mit CCTV Systemen ist Ihnen vertraut, idealerweise AMAG.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Datenschutz im Zusammenhang mit den Sicherheitsverfahren in Übereinstimmung mit der Informationssicherheit.
• Einrichtung, Konfiguration, Handhabung und Pflege aller Windows und Unix Komponenten sowie Ghost Server, Desktop Telefone, Sprachaufzeichnung, Kunden Zubehör (u.a. Server, Switche) Netzwerk Konfigurationen.

We are looking for a Specialist in Security Technology / Physical Security Enablement Senior Analyst (m/f/d)

to manage our security technology with a focus on camera systems and access control. The responsibilities include system maintenance for MS-Windows and Linux derivatives (updates and patches), user management, setting up peripherals, and expanding and developing the overall system.

Experience in client PC and Ghost Server, desktop telephony, voice recording, customer accessories (e.g., servers, switches), and network configurations is an advantage.

You will train and support departments on new software applications, handle, coordinate, and document support requests, and contribute to the strategic direction of the applications.

Your Responsibilities

• Experience in setting up, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Unix components.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, ideally AMAG.
• In-depth knowledge of security policies and data protection related to security procedures in compliance with information security standards.
• Setup, configuration, handling, and maintenance of all Windows and Unix components, as well as Ghost servers, desktop telephones, voice recording, customer accessories (e.g., servers, switches), and network configurations.
