Are you experienced in Critical Infrastructure Commissioning? As a Data Center Commissioning Engineer (CxE), you will be part of a highly creative, efficient team tasked with building and supporting the operations of AWS-owned data centres, Hybrid Colo's, Single Tennent Colo, and Multi Tennent Colo builds. The AWS Commissioning team (ACx) evaluates, defines, and manages construction quality expectations to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities
The CxE provides input into scheduling, test script development, designing, and planning. Reviews component submittals, leads Factory Witness Testing (FWT), performs system and integrated testing, audits activities for compliance, and reports weekly on project status and lessons learned. The role includes coverage of multiple projects.
AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, supporting data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment. The team collaborates across various roles to ensure safety, security, and capacity at the lowest cost, fostering an inclusive culture that values bold ideas and ownership.
