Role Overview

• Optimize personnel processes: Drive digital transformation and modernization of HR processes for our clients.
• Project Deployment: Prepare and configure SAP Payroll consulting projects, troubleshoot in standard payroll activities.
• Implementation: Manage the SAP Payroll landscape and support migration to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Responsibility: Take on project responsibilities quickly and develop cross-disciplinary skills.

Your Profile

• Background: A university degree in a STEM field, business administration, or relevant training.
• Experience: Several years of implementing SAP modules such as payroll, HR administration, time management, or organizational management.
• Knowledge: Familiar with designing, maintaining, and restructuring SAP payroll schemas.
• Communication: Fluent in German and English, both internally and externally.
