Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed 100% of revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
  • Develop an annual business plan with sales and activity goals.
  • Prepare 'Account Plan' documents for prospective clients, outlining current products, potential sales, and strategies.
  • Maintain a prospective business report to identify potential clients and activities.
  • Develop prospective client sources using various communication channels.
  • Use sales automation tools to define market strategies and identify prospects.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams on joint opportunities and relationships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to drive and close global long-term deals internationally.
  • Enhance knowledge of company products versus competitors.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of sales experience in the HCM, payroll industry, SaaS, preferably with large/global accounts.
  • Proven ability to sell complex enterprise solutions worldwide.
  • Ability to prospect into C-Suite and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong discovery skills and a drive to improve prospects' business processes.
  • Excellent persuasive communication skills.
  • Industry knowledge and awareness of ADP's competitors is a plus.
  • Success in team selling environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Strong work ethic, motivation, and leadership skills.
