What we offer you

• A permanent employment contract from day one
• 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard
• Two years full of responsibilities, growth, learning, and development opportunities for both personal and professional growth. Currently, we are looking for trainees in Customer Services, Information Technology, and Diagnostic Imaging.

Over two years, you will undertake three goal-oriented assignments, gaining broad knowledge, experiencing our business from different perspectives, and deepening your understanding of Siemens. During the abroad assignment at one of our 1,700 worldwide locations, you will enhance your intercultural competence and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

• Education
• An excellent Master's, Diploma, Doctoral Degree, or equivalent in:
• Computer Science / Information Technology / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence
• Business Information Systems / Business Informatics / Digital Business
• Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical with IT focus)
• Economic Sciences with a focus on IT (Business Administration, Business Management, International Management)
• Physics, Mathematics with a focus on Data Science
• Experience & Skills
• Significant practical experience from internships, working student activities, or similar
• A minimum of 4 months of international experience through studying and/or working
• A passion for healthcare
• Ways of working
• Flexibility and mobility within the program duration
• Languages
• Fluency in English
• Intermediate or fluent German (not required for all vacancies)
