• Design and plan impactful A/B tests – from hypothesis development and test design to audience segmentation and success measurement
• Define a comprehensive experimentation strategy and steer the test roadmap in close alignment with business objectives
• Take ownership of test execution including coordination with development teams and external partners, quality assurance, and go-live
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative test results, derive optimization potential, and deliver clear recommendations for next steps
• Present test results to internal stakeholders and collaborate closely with product and development teams for implementation
• Establish, document, and continuously improve methods, processes, and best practices in the field of testing
• Manage and further develop tools and platforms used for testing, including evaluating new technologies
• Promote a company-wide test-and-learn culture through mentoring, subject matter leadership, and active knowledge sharing

• Degree in a field such as User Experience, Usability, Conversion Optimization, or Human Computer Interaction
• At least one year of professional experience in a corporate or agency setting
• Strong knowledge of A/B/n testing and conversion optimization
• Confident use of analytics tools and solid understanding of statistical foundations in testing contexts
• Technical understanding of web applications (ideally with React or similar JavaScript frameworks)
• Experience in project management with a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Good command of both German and English, written and spoken
