Summary

We are seeking a Sub-Project Manager Electronic Support (f/m/d) for the Electronic Support department in Ulm, available immediately. This department handles product development and project management of national and international projects in the field of Electronic Support. During the acquisition phase, it supports sales campaigns and prepares offers for our customers worldwide. In this role, you will assist project management with organizational and coordination tasks within specific sub-projects.

Your Tasks

1. Assist in planning and executing sub-projects, including internal product development.
2. Contribute to creating and maintaining project plans; monitor and control project progress.
3. Support reporting activities, including KPI monitoring and documentation in RiMis and ProMISe.
4. Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings; document outcomes.
5. Coordinate stakeholders such as customers, contractual partners, and suppliers.
6. Help prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for project management.
7. Manage small to medium bid tasks independently.

International travel is required.

Your Profile

• Degree in engineering, electrical engineering, communications engineering, industrial engineering, or similar; relevant professional training with experience is also acceptable.
• Experience in project management or supporting project management tasks is advantageous.
• Experience in bid and project management within the defense industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project Server.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style; strong team, communication skills, and assertiveness.
• Fluent in German and English.
