Position: Anlagenbediener (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and controlling our machinery and systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions
• Performing basic maintenance and repair tasks

Qualifications:

• Technical training or education (preferred)
• Experience in machinery or plant operation
• Ideally, experience in woodworking
• Physical resilience
• Reliability, high commitment, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
