We are a dynamic company in the aviation industry and are currently looking for support for the following position:

That’s what the job brings:

• You’ll be part of a young finance team and will support with daily business activities.
• You’ll prepare reconciliations after each month end.
• You’ll post invoices.
• You’ll support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• You’ll update and optimize reports or create new ones.
• You’ll support the processing of dunning procedures.
• You’ll create Purchase Requisitions and Goods Receipts Notes.
• Flexible working hours (within the scope of 12-20 hours per week).
• The position is based in Kaiserslautern (a balance of working from the office and home office is desired).

That’s what you bring in:

• Your field of study is in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering (or any related combination studies).
• You have very good English skills (written and spoken), knowledge of German is an advantage.
• You have very good experience in MS Office (especially in Excel).
• You like to work structured and organized.
• Numbers and analysis are your passion.
• You have a hands-on mentality and like to work within a team.
