Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d), Aurich

Responsibilities

  1. Strategic advising and support of leadership in all personnel-related and labor law issues within a defined business area
  2. Coordination and implementation of HR process concepts, including personnel planning, salary adjustments, and personnel development, as well as handling individual personnel measures
  3. Acting as a liaison between leaders and various HR departments, providing consulting at eye level
  4. Supporting global organizational development and change processes in the area of responsibility
  5. Participating in international HR projects
  6. Guiding junior HR Business Partners

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in economics, organizational management, psychology, social sciences, law, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international environment
  • Additional qualifications as a systemic consultant or in conflict management are desirable
  • Excellent operational and strategic consulting and problem-solving skills in all HR matters
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Independent, results-oriented work style
