For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS, we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH!

Candidates must be eligible to work on military or NATO projects with the necessary security clearances.

Your Tasks

• Requirements capturing and analysis for military and civil Flight Management Systems and Flight Guidance.
• Flight Management Systems concept and architecture engineering activities, including design and development of FMS and automation functions to support integration of RPAS in general airspace.
• Design and development of Flight Guidance functions.
• Management of suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Specifying and managing Verification & Validation activities, including laboratory, ground, and flight tests.
• Supporting standardisation and certification activities with international regulatory bodies and agencies.
• Contributing to in-service support.
• Involvement in research activities.

Your Profile

• M.Sc. or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience in Systems Engineering is mandatory.
• Experience in Flight Management Systems or similar is required.
• Experience in UAV/RPAS (Unmanned Aircraft System / Remotely Piloted Aircraft System) is beneficial.
• Knowledge in design and simulation tools (Matlab/Simulink, SCADE).
• Fluent English language skills are essential; German knowledge is a plus.

• Salary range: €61,000 - €64,000 per year (based on a 35-hour workweek, depending on experience).
