Content Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Content creation and management: Conceptualizing and creating high-quality, engaging content for social media, as well as for print and digital formats like flyers, white papers, e-books, and blog articles
• Social media management: Strategically managing and developing our social media channels, including campaign planning, content creation, and performance reporting
• YouTube channel development: Building and implementing new video concepts for our YouTube channel, from planning to production
• SEO content: Revising and improving existing content, following SEO best practices to increase reach and visibility
• Teamwork and external collaboration: Working closely with other marketing teams and external partners to create high-quality content for our target audiences

Your profile

• Excellent writing and editing skills: You have a sharp eye for detail and excellent writing skills
• Strong research skills: You know how to gather relevant information and adapt it to various content types
• Ability to simplify complexity: You can transform complex topics into concise, clear texts and compelling stories
• Experience with CMS: Familiarity with content management systems
• Experience in video projects: You have been involved in the planning of video projects and understand what it takes to execute them successfully
• Results orientation: You have a solution-oriented approach and are always focused on achieving goals
• Willingness to travel: You are open to traveling to Munich once per quarter (with fully company-covered expenses) to oversee video production
• Knowledge of IT environments: Ideally, you have prior exposure to the IT sector and are familiar with IT infrastructure
• Language skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
• Professional qualification: Ideally, background in marketing, journalism, or communication
