Are you an experienced Senior Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors? Have you successfully led multiple SAP SuccessFactors projects? Do you enjoy guiding clients through Human Experience Management implementations?

In this role, you will advise and support clients during SAP SuccessFactors implementations, focusing on core HR processes. You will analyze business processes, propose and model tailored improvements, and potentially take on responsibilities as a (partial) project manager. Your Profile:

• Experience in multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Deep knowledge and certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding)
• Willingness to learn and curiosity
• Enjoy sharing knowledge and mentoring less experienced colleagues
• Strong self-organization and communication skills
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Moderate willingness to travel
