Job Description

We want to give you the unique opportunity to get to know the Allergan Aesthetics division in the Marketing & Allergan Medical Institute area. Invest in your future and join our team in Wiesbaden (approx. 20 hours/week).

1. Support daily business in Marketing & AMI and assist with...
2. Processing offers and invoices
3. Monitoring, shipping, and analyzing in-clinic materials
4. Creating materials, presentations, and documents
5. Drafting contract templates
6. Organizing meetings and events
7. Supporting our colleagues

You will work as a working student (m/f/d) in a dynamic team that enjoys their work. Due to the cross-departmental nature of this position, you can expect diverse tasks not only in sales but also beyond. You will report directly to the sales management and gain exciting insights into our company.

Qualifications

Your Profile

1. You are studying Business Administration, Health Sciences, Health Economics, or similar fields and are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
2. You are proficient in Office standard programs
3. You enjoy analysis and deriving strategic recommendations
4. You are eager to learn new tasks and solve tasks independently
5. You have excellent German and good English skills
