Position: PMO Spezialist – AVA Tools & Prozesse (m/w/d) (Ref.Nr. R1008958)

Location: Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany (Hybrid)

In this role, you will support the implementation and application of digital project tools in complex infrastructure projects, ensuring structured processes, data quality, and advising on modern AVA systems like iTwo. Your work will make project processes more efficient, transparent, and future-proof.

Responsibilities:

  • Support departments in introducing and customizing tools such as iTWO.
  • Set up system structures and integrate them into existing processes.
  • Advise and train colleagues on software use, support procurement and billing processes.
  • Create evaluations and reports on process quality, identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with tool managers and software vendors.
  • Coordinate PMO topics like risk, lessons learned, and opportunity management in large projects.

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial/technical degree, e.g., in Business Informatics.
  • Experience with AVA software like iTWO, and familiarity with SAP, Power BI, Primavera, Jira, MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Willingness to learn BIM tools.
  • Knowledge of Lean management or agile methods is a plus.
  • Structured, self-organized working style, solution-oriented support skills.
  • Fluent in German and English, strong communication skills.
