This role is based at our production facility in Krefeld and involves working in a fast-paced environment to help build a global company. Key responsibilities include:

1. Filling reagents in compliance with quality and safety standards.
2. Coordinating with shift teams.
3. Labeling and packaging products according to standards.
4. Troubleshooting issues on the filling line.
5. Reporting problems to supervisors.
6. Maintaining batch documentation.
7. Participating in process optimization projects.
8. Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.

This position operates on a 2-shift system, including occasional night shifts:

• 06:00 - 14:00 (Morning shift)
• 14:00 - 22:00 (Evening shift)
• 22:00 - 06:00 (Night shift)

Minimum requirements include:

• Technical training as a locksmith, electrician, or similar, with over 4 years of experience.
• Production experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in operating systems like Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is advantageous.
