Position Overview

Huawei, a leading global ICT solutions provider, is seeking a Design Planning Engineer to strengthen our Automotive Engineering Lab (AEL) team in Munich. This role focuses on advanced automotive technologies and European market integration.

Responsibilities

1. Identify and collect high-end automotive designs across Europe, emphasizing traditional European culture.
2. Assist in identifying valuable design leads, tracking their value, and promoting collaborations and projects.
3. Proficiently use design software such as Photoshop and Blender to prepare reports and communicate with the team.
4. Coordinate with universities and enterprises, organizing planning activities including demonstrations and workshops.
5. Support European Design Experts with daily schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Problem-solving attitude with hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with European high-end car design and smart car industry.
• Passion for Automotive Technologies and future mobility development.
• Structured working style and proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese due to communication with headquarters and local teams.
