Responsibilities

• Advising top management of our clients, e.g., expanding production capacities or accelerating ramp-up processes.
• Conducting (digital) transformation, efficiency, and optimization projects along the value chain within the defense ecosystem.
• Designing holistic strategies for sustainable industrialization, including reducing time-to-market.
• Managing sub-projects and presenting results.
• Implementing your own ideas to further develop our service portfolio.

Requirements

• Above-average master's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable field—preferably from the Bundeswehr University.
• Several years of experience in consulting and/or the defense industry or the Bundeswehr, e.g., as an officer.
• Project experience in growth strategies, operations, industrialization, or organizational development.
• Enjoyment in strategy development and implementation, entrepreneurial thinking.
• Excellent English and German skills, willingness to travel.
• Motivation driven by shared goals and solutions with team and client.
