YOUR FUTURE ROLE

The unit Corporate Processes & Information Technology (CPIT) entails approximately 4,500 employees and is spearheading process excellence and serves as SAP’s first reference customer.

As the Business Partner (f/m/d) for internal executive employee engagement activities, you serve as the Single Point of Contact for the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of SAP.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the CIO's objectives, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency of employee engagement activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee CPIT’s most relevant achievements, evaluate opportunities for promoting those achievements.
  • Manage and successfully drive executive employee engagement activities, focusing on standardized content delivery and value driven storytelling.
  • Support internal executive engagements and ensure a unified, one-voice messaging.
  • Manage executive communication campaigns to ensure a consistent messaging across CPIT and SAP.
  • Steer the communication infrastructure and tools for CPIT to enhance overall communication efficiency.
  • Conduct governance of communication assets and manage relevant stakeholders and communities to ensure consistency across CPIT.
  • Provide tailored communication support to meet the unique needs of CPIT.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Have a strong background of 5+ years work experience and a proven track record in similar roles.
  • Have experience in managing employee engagement activities with excellent communication skills.
  • Possess extensive experience collaborating with senior executives and C-Level stakeholders.
  • Have a background in IT/technology communication beneficiary.
  • Approach problem-solving with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
  • Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business economics, communications or related fields with relevant practical experience in the area of marketing, project management and executive engagement.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Employee Engagement & Governance CoE is an integral part of CPIT Business Operations, who is driving core business services for the CIO and the CPIT leadership team. The team is driving harmonized employee engagement channels and communication services to ensure consistent, effective messaging across the CPIT organization. The team plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of employee engagement activities, ensures the smooth delivery of essential communication services, while maintaining operational excellence.
