Qualifications

• Current DoD Secret security clearance and TESA accreditation
• Proficiency in database management, system analysis, testing, and maintenance
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and report generation
• Knowledge of Security Cooperation (preferred)
• Attention to detail, customer service orientation, team collaboration skills
• BA/BS + 3 years or equivalent experience; DOD 8570 IAT 2 compliance; 5-7 years in Applications Development
• Ability to travel up to 10%; active passport required

Responsibilities

1. Support Combatant Command developed Strategic Information Systems
2. Manage user accounts, update databases, and develop technical reports
3. Develop and test software applications using Agile methodology
4. Collaborate with engineering team to deliver high-quality software solutions
5. Identify and resolve software bugs, provide process improvement feedback

Desired Skills

• Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, complex systems, portals, and BI
• Experience with adaptive, responsive design, and community engagement
