This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require travel into our Berlin campus. This may fluctuate in line with business requirements. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

This role will be based full time from our Berlin campus.

The Student Experience team is dedicated to supporting and empowering students throughout their journey at Arden. They provide wellbeing support, academic guidance, career development, and engagement initiatives, ensuring every student feels connected and equipped for success. About the Opportunity:

Are you passionate about supporting students throughout their educational journey? Arden University’s Berlin Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Student Success Coach to join our Student Experience team.

About You:

You will play a vital role, providing pastoral support and personalised advice from enrolment through to graduation. Working closely with colleagues and specialist services, you will ensure a seamless, supportive, and inspiring experience for our diverse student body.Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage a student caseload, providing personalised advice and wellbeing support.
  • Deliver proactive outreach to boost engagement, attendance, and student satisfaction.
  • Signpost students to internal and external support services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress using data insights.
  • Respond to student queries and provide guidance on academic processes.
  • Collaborate with academic and support teams to enhance the student experience.
  • Uphold safeguarding standards and maintain clear professional boundaries.

Desirable Responsibilities

  • Lead academic collaboration to support students at risk.
  • Organise workshops, webinars, and community-building activities.
  • Manage online content and updates on the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
  • Build networks with external agencies to support student welfare.
  • Support service development based on student feedback and improvement initiatives.
