YOUR TASKS:

Assist with maintenance and care of the building
Independently handle repairs of all kinds
Carry out painting and touch-up work

Create a feel-good atmosphere for residents

YOUR PROFILE:

Empathy and strong social skills
Independent working style, craftsmanship, and technical understanding
Initiative, sense of responsibility, and reliability
Completed three-year training as a Haustechniker
