Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategic Lead in Logistics / Supply Chain (SAP / Non-SAP) for an inhouse role.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading application areas (SAP / Non-SAP) logistics / supply chain, including module support and customization, with a focus on new technologies and functionalities.
  2. Advising and supporting business partners in optimizing and developing new business processes in logistics.
  3. Contributing to the development of Application Management Services, aligning with business needs.
  4. Standardizing and enhancing the system and application landscape towards SAP S/4HANA.
  5. Developing implementation concepts and estimating efforts.
  6. Managing projects and budgets within Application Management Services.
  7. Coordinating external IT service providers and internal consultants for support levels 2 and 3.
  8. Ensuring application operation and maintaining quality standards.

This position can be performed 100% remotely.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • Extensive experience in consulting and application management in related roles.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, including business process modeling.
  • Expertise in SAP logistics environment, including customizing, system migration, and integration; experience with S/4HANA transformation projects is desirable.
  • Programming and interface management skills.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with high social competence.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (10-20%).
