Key Responsibilities

• Optimizing procurement processes to ensure timely and budget-compliant project implementation for the energy transition
• Developing and implementing innovative procurement strategies considering budgets and relevant KPIs
• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Conducting market analyses and researching suitable suppliers
• Implementing category strategies through targeted use of technical, commercial, and process-related procurement levers

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification through extensive experience and relevant further qualifications (e.g., as a technician). Ideally, 3-5 years of experience in a technical field, preferably in procurement of construction services
• Practical experience in strategic procurement and category management
• Entrepreneurial thinking, conceptual skills, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret technical specifications for infrastructure projects
• Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience in market analysis

Increasing renewable energy sources and charging stations for electric vehicles are transforming the energy supply, bringing new challenges for grid expansion and reconstruction.
