Your mission
- Responsible for professional installations and troubleshooting for business and private customers
- Carry out measurements and commission data lines such as SDSL, ADSL, E1, ATM, STM1
- Install, configure, and commission routers from manufacturers like Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Thomson, and Infinera
- Maintain and support digital advertising displays, power supply systems, and IT equipment
- Coordinate deployment, logistics, and equipment management
- Provide first-class customer service, including being on call
Your profile
- Completed training as an electrician/installer or IT systems electronics technician, or several years of relevant experience
- Class B driving license
- Willingness for regular on-call duties
- Knowledge of IP routing/switching, IP transport, WLAN, and VoIP is a plus
- Courteous and service-oriented attitude towards customers
- Friendly, reliable, and committed with a sense of responsibility
