What you will do
As BezirksleiterIn in our pharmacy field service, you will help make our well-known brands like Nicorette, Dolormin, Imodium, Olynth, and many more tangible in pharmacies. We are looking for you!
What you will move:
- Full responsibility for implementing the business plan for your area concerning all relevant KPIs, including market share and sales
- Proactive use of available data and tools to gain insights and increase sales
- Excellent customer management and nurturing customer relationships
- Preparation of sales discussions based on category- and science-based arguments
- Successful in-store management, focusing on availability, visibility, promotion, and recommendations
- Competent and timely administration in daily business, extensive use of technological tools and resources
What you bring:
- Ideally 2 years of sales experience in the German pharmacy channel with proven success in OTC or skincare products
- Successfully completed university degree
- Pharmaceutical representative training is an advantage
- High level of initiative, leadership, and an agile mindset combined with a solution- and success-oriented work style
- Resilience, commitment, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confident handling of data and technologies
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
