Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) for Maternal and Newborn Health

To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) for Maternal and Newborn Health (full-time, remote work possible, permanent residency in Germany required).
Your Tasks
- Maintain and develop our key program, European Standards of Care for Newborn Health (ESCNH). This includes scientific monitoring of implementation, lifecycle processes, developing a self-assessment tool, and organizing digital workshops and Delphi panels with stakeholders (medical experts and patient representatives).
- Assist the Executive Board in the strategic development of the ESCNH department.
- Represent the patient's/parent's voice in an international, EU-funded research project, engaging with international stakeholders and developing/disseminating patient information documents, including communication and dissemination tasks.
- Contribute to other scientific tasks of the foundation as needed, such as drafting scientific publications, manuals, or position papers for medical professionals.
- Participate in and represent the foundation at international and national events and congresses, including practical presentations.
Your Qualifications
- Doctorate in a health-related scientific field (e.g., epidemiology, public health, health sciences, nutritional sciences, health management).
- Strong understanding of qualitative research; implementation science is an advantage.
- Over 3 years of experience managing complex, international projects and leading interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent methodological, analytical, and practical implementation skills.
- High initiative, independent, structured, result-oriented work style, with commitment and team spirit.
- Strong presentation and moderation skills for diverse audiences, including medical professionals and patient representatives.
- Confident writing and editing skills in English; fluency in English required. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Social and intercultural competence with empathy for affected individuals.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
