We are offering the following position at the earliest possible date for the Chair of Management Information Systems (Department of Economics, Faculty HW):

Research Assistant (m/f/d)

Reference number W2609, remuneration according to TV-L, pay group E13, duration of employment: 4 years, scope of employment: 70 % of the collectively agreed working hours.

This is your area of work:

Employment as a research assistant at the Chair of Management Information Systems (Department of Economics, Saarland University).

Your tasks are:

1. Preparation of a dissertation.
2. Collaboration in the teaching and research of the chair.

Your profile is:

1. University degree in business administration, digital business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable subject area that qualifies you for a doctorate.
2. Language skills (according to CEFR): German C2, English C1.

In addition, you bring with you:

• You have completed your studies with above-average success and would like to systematically deepen your skills by working in teaching and research in the field of digital HR management. Ideally, you already have some experience in conducting research projects, have an affinity for digitalization and are able to write publications in English and hold lectures in English. You also have a good command of written and spoken German.

Depending on the assignment of tasks and fulfillment of the personal requirements, the classification is made in the respective TV-L pay group. Part-time employment is generally possible.
