Your Role and Impact

You will define the long-term technical strategy for our frontend systems, mentor senior engineers, and oversee projects from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with technical standards and customer needs. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to bridge technical excellence and business objectives.

• Lead strategic architecture decisions and shape technical vision.
• Mentor and coach senior engineers and team members.
• Manage the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Drive technological innovation and propose improvements.
• Work closely with product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Prioritize tasks to deliver value and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with expertise in Flutter (Dart) and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of FlutterFlow and Angular; experience with Firebase is a plus.
• Deep understanding of APIs, software architecture, and testing strategies.
• Experience with full SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead projects and architect solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to clean, maintainable code.
