The IT department ensures smooth operations within the Group. As part of the team, you will be responsible for our IT infrastructure and implementing new processes and technologies.

To strengthen our team in Leipzig, we are looking for a full-time IT system administrator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your Tasks

• Administration, maintenance, and development of the IT infrastructure (servers, networks, clients, software)
• Ensuring IT security and data protection compliance
• Supporting employees with IT queries and faults (1st and 2nd level support)
• Managing user accounts and access rights (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
• Hardware and software installation, configuration, and updates
• Monitoring and maintaining backup and recovery systems
• Collaborating with external service providers
• Documenting IT processes and systems

Your Profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist (system integration) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a medium-sized company
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, network technology, IT security, and cloud services
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus
• Independent, solution-oriented work style with high service orientation
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
