Your Responsibilities

1. Assist in implementing HR projects, including the introduction of new systems and digital HR processes.
2. Handle administrative tasks in operational HR activities.
3. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics to create reports, statistics, and presentations.
4. Provide competent and solution-oriented advice to employees on HR-related questions.
5. Support various HR departments actively.
