Responsible for advanced technical research, architecture evolution, and strategic planning, including the privacy team of Cyber Security and Privacy Lab. This team develops cutting-edge privacy enhancing technologies to support privacy and data protection.

Position: Master Thesis in Privacy Enhancing Technologies (m/f/d)

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated master's students to research Privacy Enhancing Technologies, supporting the development of privacy solutions for future data analytics and AI systems.

Your Mission

• Analyze privacy risks in target application scenarios.
• Research and develop privacy solutions in the context of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents.
• Document and present your findings.

Required Expertise

• Enrolled in a master's program in computer science, cybersecurity, privacy, mathematics, or related fields.
• Research experience in LLMs, machine learning, or AI is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technological issues.
• Good programming skills in Python or C++, other languages are a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Note: Enrollment in a master's program is a requirement for this position.
