Job Description:

Overview: Join our Footprint Management team within Wind Power Operations to shape the future of our manufacturing and supply chain strategy. Lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with regional teams, and advise senior management to drive sustainable business improvements.

  • Translate market demand into manufacturing and supply chain strategies.
  • Lead projects optimizing operational footprint.
  • Evaluate and recommend strategic scenarios to stakeholders.
  • Develop localization strategies across footprints, suppliers, and partners.
  • Support decision-making with data analysis and business cases.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Wind Power, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience in strategic planning, supply chain, or related areas.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
