Senior Regulatory MI Compliance Officer (all genders) at Corporate & Institutional Banking

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

• Manage an appropriate setup for Swap Dealer & Banking Regulations (Volcker Rule, French Banking Law, US CFTC Swap Dealer, SEC SBSD) and Client Fiscal Regulations as the 2nd Line of Defense
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the business teams and the 1st Line of Defense for Swap Dealer & Banking Regulations, supporting and supervising both roles
• Contribute to projects and remediation efforts related to MI requirements
• Coordinate with the Group, especially central stakeholders from the MI Domain
• Coordinate certifications in the context of Banking Regulations together with Line of Defense 1
• Coordinate local contributions for audits and reports for the Group and regulators
• Collaborate closely with the local MI team to share knowledge and gather experience in other MI processes

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

• Business, banking, or finance-related studies or banking apprenticeship
• Multiple years of professional experience in compliance, risk, audit, or similar functions
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for financial institutions
• Willingness to learn about new subjects and share knowledge
• Good organizational and coordination skills, including detailed planning
• Fluent in German and English
