TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Operates change and run phases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of applications and processes.
• Interacts with local and global business departments and internal IT teams on requirements, change requests, and operational tasks.
• Executes operational tasks, supports daily business, and provides application expertise, training, and quality assurance.
• Collaborates with external service providers for projects, change, and run phases, supporting testing and implementation.
• Ensures proper documentation for knowledge transfer to other consultants and business partners.
• Monitors security requirements, new technologies, and legal aspects related to applications, ensuring state-of-the-art systems in collaboration with Technical and Business Consultants.

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree or comparable training in IT.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong IT affinity.
• Profound solution and service orientation.
• Fluent in German and English.
