Vice President, Transaction Advisory Services

We’re looking for a Vice President to join our Financial Due Diligence team in Frankfurt.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the team by leading on Due Diligence engagements.
  • Undertake highly technical advisory projects under partner supervision.
  • Be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and counseling junior staff.
  • Advise clients on pre- and post-acquisition transaction issues.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Manage and contribute to further development of services for clients.

ESSENTIAL TRAITS:

  • Proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Expertise in Financial Due Diligence for private equity and strategic buyers.
  • CPA certification strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
  • Fluency in German is required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across diverse communities.
  • Experience working collaboratively within diverse teams.
