Job Description
As Senior Manager / Director of Corporate Communications, you will lead the creation, coordination, and refinement of Verve’s internal and external corporate communication materials. This includes managing high-visibility reports such as the Annual Report, Sustainability Report, and Governance Report. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Investor Relations, HR, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging across channels. This role requires hands-on execution — writing, designing, editing, and managing content end-to-end.
Location
This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in our Berlin/Hamburg offices.
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit corporate communications including press releases, newsletters, executive messages, and internal announcements, maintaining consistent tone and voice.
- Lead the planning and production of corporate reports, managing content and design from concept to delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage version control, approvals, and stakeholder feedback processes.
- Design and produce visually compelling materials, ensuring brand consistency across formats and collaborating with designers when needed.
- Align strategic messaging and brand positioning across all corporate communications, working with Marketing, Investor Relations, and external PR/media partners.
- Monitor and analyze brand perception within market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Investor Relations or Corporate Communications, preferably in a publicly listed growth company.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Strong presentation design, formatting, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience managing complex corporate publications and reports.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple stakeholders.
- High level of organization, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, pragmatic, and solutions-driven attitude.
