We are seeking up to two Sachbearbeiter/innen (m/w/d) für Abrechnung Rettungsdienst for immediate, permanent full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Processing data for emergency services, including reviewing and determining billability of services
- Handling billing, issuing notifications, monitoring deadlines, and managing payments
- Responding to inquiries, clarifying costs, and managing returns within billing, while ensuring data privacy
- Researching, verifying, and correcting billing data; managing billing notices, irregular payments, and estate cases
- Handling appeals and processing requests for deferrals, abatements, and waivers
Candidate Profile
- Administrative or comparable vocational training (e.g., commercial, medical assistant, etc.)
- Experience in billing is desirable
- Knowledge of administrative processes
- Strong communication and cooperation skills
- Responsibility and loyalty
- Judgment and decision-making abilities
