Responsibilities

  • Experience in Presales and/or delivery of project proposals that encompass Technical RFQ requirements, Site preparation & supplier definition and planning.
  • Demonstrated ownership, management and accountability for projects in a customer-facing role.
  • Self-motivated, structured, organized, proactive, and professional.
  • Capable of evaluating & managing external contractors, preparing pricing, and work breakdowns.
  • Manage communication with different stakeholders related to planning, scheduling, and design for new installation of Keysight EV systems at customer sites.
  • Demonstrated project delivery timeline planning and design.
  • Excellent communicator in both written and verbal forms, in English and German.

Typical customer applications are in Power Electronics, High Voltage, High Current E-Mobility areas:

  • R&D Battery Pack, Battery Module and Cell Testing
  • Electric car - On board Charger
  • Charging Infrastructure Test and deployment

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/ Masters Degree or University Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or Equivalent).
  • Solid relevant experience in Electrical and Industrial application areas.
  • Capable of managing project definition, deployment, site preparation & supply requirement definition and planning.
  • Fluency in German (B2 and above) is required.
  • Communication in English and capable of working with colleagues across multiple disciplines/regions.
  • Knowledge and proven experience managing aspects of Safety, Electrical/Facility connectivity, and 3rd party wiring plans for EV equipment installation.
  • Knowledge of 3rd party and remote terminal connectivity required to monitor temperature, gas, and associated safety aspects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of battery technology, EV testing standards, electric vehicle energy storage systems, charging systems, and power delivery are an advantage.
  • Technical competence of 3rd party equipment used in EV Testing (coolant conditioners, climatic chambers, data acquisition, power switches, electrical load).
  • Experience with software or layout design tools such as Eplan, Adobe is advantageous.
