IT Service Manager (m/f/d)

For our IT in Neunkirchen/Siegerland, we are looking for a short-term

Responsibilities:

• Service management
  • Monitoring the SLAs
  • Editorial management ITSM system
  • Implementation of service review meetings
  • Escalation manager
• IT support office and production-related areas
• Provisioning of iOS devices
• Project management (IT projects)
• Purchasing management in cooperation with the purchasing department

Qualifications:

• Completed training in a technical profession
• Professional experience in a manufacturing company in the above-mentioned field is advantageous
• Enjoy cross-departmental communication and collaboration
