Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at HINTE Marketing & Media GmbH. Your role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, representing the company to clients and partners, and working on innovative event marketing ideas. You will analyze market trends, collaborate with internal teams, and help shape our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
2. Plan and run marketing campaigns, including communication plans.
3. Represent the company in client and partner meetings.
4. Create and implement ideas for event marketing.
5. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
6. Work with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Several years of experience in marketing.
3. Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop long-term plans.
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially with clients.
5. Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
6. Creativity and innovation, particularly in event marketing.
7. Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
8. Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
